Face Off Wine Blending Class at La Mesa Vineyards, Plymouth
Join owner-winemaker Côme and longtime La Mesa club member Chris Cornish for a fun wine blending class. Participants are organized into two teams that will "compete" to make a winning recipe for our upcoming flagship red wine blend, Charactère. We will compare and contrast the ingredient wines made from a selection of our estate Barbera, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Syrah and Zinfandel wines. Then, roll up your sleeves with your teammates and formulate a mix for your own perfect bottle! Take your hand-crafted bottle home to enjoy with family and friends.
