Erica is excited to offer her yoga classes at Yorba Tasting Room once a month. This Foundational class is designed to ground you in breath, move with intention, and invite you to pause in deep, nourishing holds. We’ll end the class with a 10-minute meditation. Stick around afterward for an optional wine tasting.
