Iron Hub Wines – Holiday Charcuterie Board Workshop with The Dancer’s Pantry

Join Chelsea Farrah, owner of Sacramento’s premier charcuterie company, The Dancer’s Pantry, as she guides you through building and styling a holiday charcuterie board. Take a completed board home after class to share with family and friends (or keep it for yourself!)
The class is roughly 90 minutes long and includes tips and tricks for taking a charcuterie board to the next level, as well as basic knife skills, food styling, and cheese knowledge. All food, utensils, charcuterie boards, and to-go wrapping will be supplied for each attendee.
$92 per person, and Inner Circle Club members are $87 per person.
