Website Events Submission Guidelines

  • Wineries are required to be in good standing, according to the AVA bylaws, to be highlighted on the AVA marketing activity including social media.
  • Event listing must be submitted by the Winery to the AVA electronically.
  • AVA shall post the event listing within 72 business hours of submission.
  • Events must be hosted at the winery or associate members location registered with the AVA.
  • Events must be open to the public.
  • Events must be wine industry relevant.
  • Events must be within the guidelines of the Federal tied-house laws.
  • Content cannot include offensive language, suggestive material, violence, or sexual content.
  • The Executive Director and Board of Directors holds sole discretion and without prior notice, can exclude any and all submissions.
