Mother’s Day Activities at La Mesa
La Mesa Vineyards 13200 Shenandoah Road, Plymouth, CA, United StatesOn Sunday, May 10, treat your mothers (and mothers-to-be) to one of two special experiences: At the La Mesa Vineyard tasting room, La Mesa club members enjoy a special Savory or Sweet crepe brunch prepared by our very own tasting room manager and chef Christine, paired with a glass of newly released Aria Sparkling wine. Musical talent Glen Larson will be playing his acoustic style on the terrace from 12-4pm (terrace will be open to the public after 2pm). At La Mesa Sutter Creek, we will be handing out flowers for Mom's with a wine tasting. Moms taste for free.

La Mesa Vineyard Walk & Sparkling Brunch – April 18 starting at 10AM
La Mesa Vineyards 13200 Shenandoah Road, Plymouth, CA, United StatesJoin owner/winemaker Côme on an invigorating short hike around the La Mesa estate vineyard followed by a satisfying brunch at the tasting room. From the tasting room let's make our way to the top of the ridge to catch breathtaking views of Shenandoah Valley while learning about different grape varietals and approaches to sustainability. From there, wind back down through our oldest estate vines, Primitivo, by the seasonal pond and finally return to the tasting room to enjoy a hearty sit-down brunch featuring a special Egg Florentine, Côme's freshly-made walnut blue cheese sourdough bread and paired with a first taste of our brand-new Aria Sparkling 2025 blanc-de-noir made from estate Primitivo. Face Off Wine Blending Class at La Mesa Vineyards, Plymouth

Participants are organized into two teams that will "compete" to make a winning recipe for our upcoming flagship red wine blend, Charactère. We will compare and contrast the ingredient wines made from a selection of our estate Barbera, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Syrah and Zinfandel wines. Then, roll up your sleeves with your teammates and formulate a mix for your own perfect bottle! Take your hand-crafted bottle home to enjoy with family and friends.
