Participants are organized into two teams that will "compete" to make a winning recipe for our upcoming flagship red wine blend, Charactère. We will compare and contrast the ingredient wines made from a selection of our estate Barbera, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Syrah and Zinfandel wines.
