Rombauer Vineyards- Wine Wednesday – Harvest Deep Dive
Rombauer Vineyards 12225 Steiner Rd., Plymouth, CA, United StatesCome on a rare, behind-the-scenes tour of production during harvest. Start with a welcome splash before putting on a safety vest and head on an intimate discovery of winemaking. You will taste Zinfandel, fresh off the vine, and then watch as it undergoes the first steps of fermentation. Chat with our winemakers and interns as they go about pumpovers, presses, sampling, tank cleaning, and whatever other harvest tasks are needed that day. La Mesa Vineyard Walk & Sparkling Brunch – April 18 starting at 10AM
La Mesa Vineyards 13200 Shenandoah Road, Plymouth, CA, United StatesJoin owner/winemaker Côme on an invigorating short hike around the La Mesa estate vineyard followed by a satisfying brunch at the tasting room. From the tasting room let's make our way to the top of the ridge to catch breathtaking views of Shenandoah Valley while learning about different grape varietals and approaches to sustainability. From there, wind back down through our oldest estate vines, Primitivo, by the seasonal pond and finally return to the tasting room to enjoy a hearty sit-down brunch featuring a special Egg Florentine, Côme's freshly-made walnut blue cheese sourdough bread and paired with a first taste of our brand-new Aria Sparkling 2025 blanc-de-noir made from estate Primitivo.
