Rombauer Vineyards- Wine Wednesday – Harvest Deep Dive
Rombauer Vineyards 12225 Steiner Rd., Plymouth, CA, United StatesCome on a rare, behind-the-scenes tour of production during harvest. Start with a welcome splash before putting on a safety vest and head on an intimate discovery of winemaking. You will taste Zinfandel, fresh off the vine, and then watch as it undergoes the first steps of fermentation. Chat with our winemakers and interns as they go about pumpovers, presses, sampling, tank cleaning, and whatever other harvest tasks are needed that day.
