Winemaker Dinner Under the Harvest Moon

Join Drytown Cellars for a special evening of incredible food, wine, and good company at our Winemaker Dinner Under the Moon on September 25.
Enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Foothill Kitchen Provisions, thoughtfully paired with Drytown Cellars wines throughout the evening.
The menu begins with passed appetizers of green corn soup with spinach and jalapeño and chili-coconut watermelon, followed by a Little Gem salad with pear, pomegranate, pepitas, Halloumi cheese croutons, and golden balsamic vinaigrette, served with house-made herb focaccia.
The main course features lamb meatballs with roasted tomato ragout, vegetarian meatballs, grilled summer squash with salsa macha, queso fresco and cilantro sofrito, and charred corn polenta. Finish the evening with a special dessert paired with Port.
