Valley’s Edge Vineyard Celebration at Terre Rouge & Easton Wines

Join Ridge and Amanda Easton, Bill and Jane’s son and daughter-in-law, at Terre Rouge to taste the wines made from their Valley’s Edge Vineyard in the Shenandoah Valley. They farm the vineyard organically and grow some unique varieties such as an Italian clone of Sauvignon Blanc and a Barbera clone from Asti in the Piedmont of Italy.
Ridge and Amanda will present their vision for the vineyard as we taste wines from Valley’s Edge Vineyard, followed by a short overview of winemaking by Bill Easton. Jane is cooking lunch that is available from noon – 2:00 PM. Menu: Grilled Rosemary-Lemon Chicken, Grilled Asparagus, a duet of salads, followed by a bite of something sweet. Tickets are $35 per person, club members receive 15% off.
