Come and treat the Mother in your life to a four course meal with thoughtful wine pairing. Each course will be served with a 2 oz pour of wine that is paired with each course.
Appetizer
A choice between two options:
Salmon & Cheese Board
Salmon, cream cheese, capers, cucumber, red onions, and dill. Served with a side of fresh French bread.
Hummus & Pita
Hummus, fresh veggies and pita bread
Salad
Sliced fresh peaches, blue cheese, and bacon seasoned with salt, pepper, balsamic reduction, and olive oil on top of fresh arugula.
Main Course
A choice between two options:
Creamy Tuscan Butter Chicken & Orzo
Orzo tossed with creamy Tuscan butter sauce with a hint of lemon and garlic, then topped with chicken breasts, and spinach.
French Dip
Served warm filled with Tri-Tip, provolone cheese, and grilled onions on a toasted French roll with a side of kettle chips.
