Please submit your offering and capacity numbers for Behind the Cellar Door 2024. Wineries are asked to provide the AVA with at least 30% of your total capacity for the weekend which can include both indoor and outdoor seating. For 2024, we want to really highlight “The Art of Winemaking” and provide a behind the scenes look of your winery, vineyard tours, educational component, barrel samples, and meet and greets with the winemakers.

The event will be Saturday, March 23rd to Sunday, March 24th. Guests will be able to visit up to 5 wineries each day. The first tastings will start at 10:30 and the last tasting will start at 3:30 and wrap up at 4:30pm. Each winery visit will be 1 hour with 15 minutes of travel time in between to allow more time for the educational component and to engage with your teams and buy wine! The price of the ticket is $65 for a one day ticket or $95 for Saturday & Sunday. Please complete this form by Monday, November 20, 2023!

Please tell us the total number of people you can accommodate at one time. Please reserve at least 30% of your total capacity for BCD guests. For example, if you can serve 100 at your winery at one time, we would ask that you reserve 30 spots for BCD. Assume average of 100 guests per day and 20 per time slot.

Please provide the details of your offering. As a reminder, wineries are asked to provide: a flight of 4-6 wines including your barrel sample (approximately 1 glass total), at least one barrel sample, a thoughtful food paring, meet and greet with the winemakers, and an educational component. Responses are limited to 500 characters (including spaces). Live music is not necessary for this event. What is your educational component? Some ideas include blending seminars, pruning vines in the vineyard, vintage tasting.
