Barbera Festival Caterer Registration
• $100 fee for per catering participants.
• Each caterer will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ Serving Tent, enclosed, with two 8’ tables.
• Each caterer will be provided with 7” & 9” plates, forks, and napkins for consistency.
• Attendees will purchase food using “Barbera Bucks” tickets that they purchase in advance. They exchange the tickets for your delicious food. Each ticket is worth $5. We ask that you price all dishes in $5 increments
• After the event, please provide us with your Barbera Bucks and a total count. We will verify and send you payment for
75% of gross sales. Payment will be made within 10 days of receiving the tickets and a total.
• All caterers must provide a completed Temporary Food Facility (TTF) Menu form, as required by the County of Amador.
Please note: Amador County will collect Temporary Food Facility (TTF) fees if you are not a current registered with Amador County.

reasonable requests. We will be unable to make changes the day of the event
