  • Applewood Smoked & Fire-Roasted Pork Tenderloin Fire-seared for a smoky finish. Served with wild Camargue rice and a zesty Dijon aioli.

  • Open Flame Seafood & Chorizo Paella  Saffron rice, fresh catch, chicken, and authentic Spanish chorizo

  • Field greens with a signature house vinaigrette.

The Gate @ Murieta Inn & Spa

  • Heritage Whole-Hog Rotisserie  Slow-roasted over an open hardwood fire for eight hours. This traditional spit-roasting technique renders the meat incredibly succulent while creating a signature golden, crackling skin. Infused with aromatic herbs and finished with a touch.
