Amador Four Fires Food and Wine Festival, is a unique wine and food festival celebrating four wine regions that inspire the award-winning winegrowing of Amador County, paired with international traditions of open flame cuisine.
In addition to stellar food and wine, attendees can participate in abundant activities including seminars covering topics from wine tasting to sustainable farming, cooking demonstrations, and enjoying offerings from local artists and crafters.
Held at the historic Amador County Fairgrounds, the expansive event site is divided into four zones, with each zone representing a wine region: the South of France (Rhône), Italy, Spain/Portugal (Iberia), and “Heritage California” (claiming Zinfandel and Mission). Within each zone, chefs prepare open fire dishes reminiscent of that region.
A portion of the proceeds of Amador Four Fires benefit the Amador County Fair Foundation and its projects to ensure the long-term viability of the Fairgrounds as a host to our County Fair and as a year-round event venue.
