Please submit your offering and capacity numbers for Behind the Cellar Door 2024. For 2025, we want to really highlight “The Art of Winemaking” and provide a behind the scenes look of your winery, vineyard tours, educational component, barrel samples, and meet and greets with the winemakers.

The event will be Saturday, March 22rd to Sunday, March 23th. Guests will be able to visit up to 5 wineries each day. The first tastings will start at 10:30 and the last tasting will start at 3:30 and wrap up at 4:30pm. Each winery visit will be 1 hour with 15 minutes of travel time in between to allow more time for the educational component and to engage with your teams and buy wine! The price of the ticket is $65 for a one day ticket or $95 for Saturday & Sunday. Tickets Launch Monday, December 16, 2025!

We are kindly asking wineries to offer a flight of 4-6 wine samples (approximately the equivalent of one glass in total), along with one additional experience. This could include a barrel sample, a thoughtfully paired food item, a meet-and-greet with the winemakers, or an educational component. Live music is not required for this event. Responses are limited to 500 characters including spaces. If it exceeds the limit your offering maybe edited with out prior approval.

What is your educational component? Some ideas include blending seminars, pruning vines in the vineyard, vintage tasting.

Will you be taking costumers behind scenes with a tour of the production facility or vineyards?
