SUMMARY:A Plein Air Work shop for beginning to advanced painters
DESCRIPTION:Charles White\, seven time Plein Air faculty member and Vanda Lavar\, owner of academy Art of the West will help participants create beautiful original en plein air paintings!  Participants will choose an enchanting view which will come alive on the “en plein air” canvas.  For beginners\, Vanda will help you sketch the scene\, direct color mixing and perspective.  Event will take place around the beautiful courtyard grounds and vineyards at PleinAir Vineyards.  This experienced team of artists will be sponsored by Grumbacher\, the world’s largest art supply company.  Both beginning and advanced painters are welcome. \nTickets are $175 per person or $160 for PleinAir Vineyards wine club members.  Limited to 25 participants. \nYour ticket includes a glass of wine\, 11×14 canvas (or your own size from home)\, acrylic paint\, paint brushes\, some oil paints will also be available but experience painters should bring their own paints.  An easel will be provided for seated painters.  Watercolor artists need to bring all of their own supplies.  Bring a sun hat\, palette and sunscreen. \n For questions and more detailed info call Vanda Lavar 415-939-8604
