Participants are organized into two teams that will “compete” to make a winning recipe for our upcoming flagship red wine blend\, Charactère. \nWe will compare and contrast the ingredient wines made from a selection of our estate Barbera\, Grenache\, Mourvèdre\, Petite Sirah\, Primitivo\, Syrah and Zinfandel wines.  \nThen\, roll up your sleeves with your teammates and formulate a mix for your own perfect bottle!  Take your hand-crafted bottle home to enjoy with family and friends.\n$60 covers the costs of our tastings\, your take-home bottle plus light bistro fare.
