Learn to make a charcuterie board to elevate your date night or inspire your girlfriends for your Galentine’s Day celebration!\n \nJoin Chelsea Farrah\, owner of one of Sacramento’s premier charcuterie companies\, The Dancer’s Pantry\, as she guides you through building and styling a charcuterie board that is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat! In this class\, “LOVE” and “Valentine’s Day” themes will be incorporated into the styling and presentation techniques.\n \nThe class is roughly 90 minutes long and includes tips and tricks for elevating a charcuterie board and basic knife skills\, food styling\, and cheese knowledge. After class\, you can take a completed charcuterie board home to share with someone you love (or keep it all for yourself!).\n \n*All food\, utensils\, charcuterie boards\, and to-go wrapping will be supplied for each attendee.\n \n$92 per person\, and Inner Circle Club members are $87 per person.\n \nReservations are required.
