Stroll through our estate vineyards with Vineyard Manager Larry Long and Winemaker Michael Long while sipping on the wines made from those vines. Larry and Michael will be discussing the terroir and farming practices in each of the sections you visit.
After your tour, head to the barn and sit down to a lovely 3 course spring dinner prepared by Chef Justin Lewis* while watching the sun set over the estate vineyards. Each course will be expertly paired with one of our estate wines and will be introduced and discussed by Winemakers Michael and Ashley Long. Chef Justin will be talking about his thought process when creating his dishes throughout the dinner.
*Justin is a local Chef and Sommelier of Amador County, he works closely with local farmers and ranchers to source the best local meat and produce and lets seasonality be the guide when crafting his menu.
$80 per person
